Micah Group appoints Emily Duke to board of directors

A seasoned leader and commercial litigator, Duke brings a 30-year track record advising companies on commercial matters, cybersecurity, compliance, intellectual property, data risk and breaches. 

Duke serves as senior corporate counsel at Quest Diagnostics. Previously, she was with Amplifon Americas as general counsel, privacy officer and chief information security officer. Duke was also a partner at Fredrikson & Byron, where she spent 20 years in commercial litigation, data protection, cybersecurity and e-discovery. Duke began her career at General Electric.  

Duke received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Yale University. She is a recipient of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Woman of Achievement Award and was named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars® list for four years.
